A "Cut and Run" Republican? You Don't Say!

Republican Representative Chris Shays of Connecticut is calling for a timetable for withdrawal from Iraq.

He says: "My view is that it may be that the only way we are able to encourage some political will on the part of Iraqis is to have a timeline for troop withdrawal."

Perhaps Sean Hannity, Rush Limbaugh and their ilk can tell me this: is Rep. Shays eboldening the terrorists?  Does he hate us for our freedom?  Why, oh why?
