It's Official: White House Headed For A Snow Job
The breaking news of the evening is that Fox News commentator Tony Snow has officially accepted the job of White House Press Secretary, replacing Scott McClellan.
As the Washington Post notes, Snow will be the first inside-the-beltway talking head to take over the helm at the White House press lectern.
The Post picked up on a quote from Snow this past March, when he said of Bushie: "President Bush hates responding to the press, hates responding to political enemies -- he thinks it's beneath him. He's got a stubborn streak." Snow went on to add that he thought Idiot Son Bush needed "a series of vigorous defenses" of his policies.
