Bush Shows Off His Boo-Boo

So let me see if I've got this straight.  Today, idiot son visited paid a visit to some of our injured soldiers.  During his visit, he shows off his "injury" from cutting brush on his ranch.

How insulting is that?  These soldiers were courageous enough to go into combat when they country asked them to.  That is something that Idiot Son himself was not willing to do, once bragging to his professor at Harvard Business School about using Poppy Bush's name to get out of Vietnam.

He goes to visit injured soldiers, and has the nerve to complain about an injury he got on his ranch, while cutting down brush?

President Bush makes a few remarks after visiting wounded soldiers at Brooke Army Medical Center, Sunday Jan. 1, 2006, in San Antonio, Texas. He has a cut on the left side of his forehead from cutting down brush on his ranch and joked to the soldiers that he, too, was injured.

  1. Well, let's see. "Idiot son" has choked on a pretzel, crashed his bike into a police officer, and has apparently now cut himself while clearing brush. It's just another thing to add in the growing list of Bush's blunders.

  2. First, let me say welcome to the blog Nick!! And I couldn't agree with you more.

    What I really find offensive, though, is that he would joke about his "injury" while he was visiting wounded soldiers.

    They wounded themselves in service to our country (which was something that he wasn't willing to do during Vietnam). And then he's going to go visit them & complain about an injury he got while cutting down brush?

    I just find that really offensive.

  4. Also Nick, I forgot to mention, did you notice how both the women in the picture look so bored out of their minds, like they can't even believe they have to listen to Idiot Son?

    The man is sort of smiling, pretending to be interested. But the poor women look so bored! God bless them for having to endure that.
