Bush's Pioneers Under Indictment

@ 08:57 PM (33 months, 20 days ago)

The Hotline reports that at least three "pioneers" from the Bush/Cheney 2004 campaign, who each raised over $100,000 for the Bush Crime Team, are currently under indictment or investigation in various scandals.

The Bush chronies/pioneers under indictment include: Jack Abramoff, Tom Noe and Brent Wilkes.

  1. Where are the nice words about the troops? You words like....

Thanks, we owe you a debt.

    Appreciate your service.

    Thanks for the sacrifice.

  2. We have already discussed this ad nauseum in numerous other threads.

This particular thread is about 3 of Bush's whores being under indictment or investigation, and the culture of corruption plaguing the Republican party.

Obviously that is not a topic that you are prepared to discuss, or are willing to discuss, so you recycle old topics.

Stick to the topic of the thread.

  3. The troops are waiting Shalana.

  4. And I am waiting on you to stick to the topic of this thread.

This is a deliberate effort on your part to detract from the issue at hand: the Republican culture of corruption. And I will not be playing that game with you.

You clearly do not wish to discuss Jack Abramoff, Bill Frist, Tom Delay or any of the Rethug crooks currently under indictment/investigation.

And that is the topic of this thread.

  5. The Republican culture of corruption? How about pardon-gate as Prs.Clinton left office? Or his disgusting philandering?
Would you like to talk about how many times Tom Delay has been indited for the same thing and then aquited? Or how about how the Democratic party supports a former member of the KKK, Sen.Robert.Byrd... I could go on...

  6. Just to be clear on the Delay issue, he is indited over and over by a liberal dem. prosecutor. Apparently he doesn't go in for the whole double jepordy thing.

  7. The troops Shalana, the troops.

  8. Pardon-gate? Another Clinton non-scandal. A non issue.

And while philandering may make someone a disgusting husband, it is not illegal and doesn't make that person a disgusting President.

But sincr you took it there: If you are that concerned about philandring then I suggest you have a talk with Bill Clinton's partners in crime in that area: Newt Gingrich, Bob Dole, Bob Livingstone, et al.

And to Elmer's Brother: the corruption, the corruption!

And by the way C-mom: did you know that the so-called liberal prosecutor in the Tom Delay case, has prosecuted more Democrats than Republicans?

Of course you knew that Ronnie Earle has prosecuted more Democrats! But why let the facts get in your way, huh?

  11. Who the hell cares if they were so-called "conservative Democrats?"

The fact is that Ronnie Earle has prosecuted more Democrats that Republicans.

I see you had no problems with Republicans investigating Democrats, when Ken Starr spent American taxpayer dollars just to tell us that Bill Clinton had a consenual sexual affair.

So, you say if a man can't be trusthworthy to his wife, why should you trust him?

Ok, I guess that means you did not trust Newt Gingrich, Henry Hyde (who said he had a "youthful indiscretion after age 40), Bob Livingston, Bob Dole, or any of the other Republicans who have cheated on their wives.

The culture of corruption Elmer's Brother!

You are trying your best to make me deviate from the subject of this thread, and you just cannot do it.

Your unwillingness to talk about the Republican crooks that have infiltrated Washington, DC astounds me.

It proves to me what I have always suspected about you:

    1. You care nothing about ethics

    2. You care nothing about America

    3. You care nothing about Americans

    4. You care nothing about the troops

  12. The money that led to the indictment this week of two Las Vegas pastors and the wife of one of them came from federal grants arranged by Sen. Harry Reid in September 2001, a Reid spokeswoman said Wednesday.

Moving to distance Reid from a possible scandal, aide Tessa Hafen said the senator sought the money on behalf of a nonprofit social services agency and not for the churches or persons who have been accused of mishandling the money.

Further into the story, we find that the first monetary contact between Senator Reid and Second Baptist Church was a $250.00 donation that Reid had received from John Huang, the man convicted of making illegal contributions to President Clinton's 1996 re-election campaign...rather than return the money to donor Huang, Reid sent it to Second Baptist. There is a long-standing Democratic history of shady political financing, and out here in Nevada you're never more than a step or two away from some really malodorous political back-scratching...and Harry Reid is hip deep in all Nevada political activities.

In short, the Democrats' had better watch themselves here...where there is smoke, there is fire, as our leftwing friends are pointing out quite often these days.

  13. Democrats are also tied to the sleaze and Jack Abramoff.

  14. Actually, Shalana, Philandering IS illegal in most states, although not enforced. Also, adultery violates the canon of ethics that former Pr. Clinton was sure to have taken as a lawyer and a prs, as my husband was quick to point out. Pr. Clinton's philandering put our national security at risk by making our counrty appear weak. BTW, Shalana, if you can prove a crime against any senator, ect, republican OR democrat, get 'em out! I don't want garbage in my party, how about you?
